How does Rebuf find duplicates?

Rebuf scans your photo library using advanced image comparison algorithms to detect both exact duplicates and visually similar photos. Everything is processed on your device — nothing is uploaded anywhere.

Are my deleted photos gone forever?

No. When Rebuf deletes photos, they're moved to the "Recently Deleted" album in your Photos app. Apple keeps them there for up to 30 days, so you can recover them if needed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Find Rebuf and tap "Cancel Subscription." You'll still have access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I request a refund?

Since subscriptions are processed through Apple, refund requests should be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Does Rebuf upload my photos?

Absolutely not. All scanning and analysis happens entirely on your iPhone. Your photos, videos, and contacts never leave your device.

Why does Rebuf need access to my contacts?

The Contacts Cleaner feature helps you find and merge duplicate contacts and remove incomplete entries. Access is optional — you can skip it and still use all photo-related features.
