These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rebuf iOS application ("the App", "Rebuf"). By downloading, installing, or using Rebuf, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Rebuf is a storage cleaning tool designed to help you identify and remove unwanted files from your iPhone's photo library and contacts. You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Rebuf offers a premium subscription ("Rebuf Pro") that unlocks all features of the App. Key terms regarding subscriptions:
All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Since all purchases are made through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be directed to Apple. You can request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Rebuf does not take ownership of your photos, videos, contacts, or any other data on your device. You retain full ownership of all your content. When you use Rebuf to delete files, those files are moved to the "Recently Deleted" album in your Photos app (where applicable), giving you a recovery window as determined by Apple's policies.
Rebuf is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate duplicate detection and file analysis, we do not guarantee that the App will identify every duplicate or that all suggestions will be correct. You are responsible for reviewing items before deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Rebuf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
